As Chief Technical Officer, Bill Fullerton leads a skilled team of engineers and technicians supporting the development of the 14 regional airports under concession to Fraport-Greece. 

Bill has over 30 years of leadership experience in the field of transportation projects, including roads and bridges, rail and transit, seaports and airports.  His airport work includes previous assignments with Fraport affiliates worldwide.  He was COO of Lima Airport Partners responsible for operations and development of the Jorge Chavez International Airport, a regional hub in Latin America and winner of multiple industry awards.  Other past positions include President of Interfleet (Canada and the United States), SVP for Global Aviation (The Louis Berger Group) and Chief Development Officer for the Juan Santamaria International Airport in Costa Rica.  During his military service, Bill served as the US Army Engineer for Joint Staff strategic mobility projects worldwide.     

Bill has contributed to the aviation industry as an author, an ICAO and AMPAP instructor, and a leader in organizations related to airport development worldwide.  He is a licensed Professional Engineer, an International Airport Professional and a Fellow with the American Society of Civil Engineers.  Bill holds a PhD in Political Science and a Masters in Civil Engineering from the University of Florida.
