DELEGATE CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellations must be made in writing and sent to aviation media (firstname.lastname@example.org). Cancelling more than 4 months before the event will incur a 20% administrators fee. Cancelling 2-4 months before the event will incur a 50% charge. No refunds will be issued within 2 months of the event taking place. No-shows will be billed for the full amount and will not be refunded. If you need to cancel your place at the event, we highly recommend that you send a colleague in your place to benefit from attendance.
