Stefano Guidi is a Human Factor and validation expert. He was granted a PhD in Cognitive Psychology at the University of Siena, where he was post-doctoral fellow and lecturer. He has extensive research experience in experimental psychology and human factors investigation, and deep knowledge of statistical techniques, data analysis and visualization tools, and quantitative and qualitative research methods. He joined Deep Blue in 2013 as consultant, and since he has been involved in validation activities within many EU and EUROCONTROL funded projects, including ACROSS, SECONOMICS, and FAROS, and contributed to the design, data collection and analysis of HP data in several RTSs. As part of the INNOVATE consortium he supported validation activities within SESAR, designing and executing validation exercises, analyzing results and writing validation plans and reports. The results of his researches have been published in international peer reviewed journals and books and presented in international conferences.
