What is the dress code?
For the conference: Business
For the Welcome Reception: Smart Casual
For the Gala Evening: Business Attire

What is included in the conference fee?
The registration fee includes access to:
- 2 day conference & exhibition
- Social networking events (these must be booked in advance)
- Lunch & refreshment breaks on both days
The registration fee does not include:
- Hotel accommodation
- Flights

How can I book my accommodation?
After receiving a registration form, the organisers will send a confirmation email including booking codes for reduced rates at the conference hotel. These rates will be available until March 2, 2012 and there is a limited number of rooms available, so early booking is advised.

How can I apply for a VISA?
A Visa Invitation Letter will be sent to registered delegates when required. This does not guarantee that a visa will be issued by the Embassy of Slovenia.
